The film centers on Doc Alexander, a former Special Forces agent who secretly negotiates a ceasefire with a Mexican drug gang. Doc builds up his armory of automatic guns, suppressors, Glocks, Berettas, K-bars, and suppressors before setting out to kill the Governor and bring little Dixie home.
