Hunny, Choocha, Lali, and Pandit opened a business called “Janta Store” in Delhi, which is provided to them by the government. They make ends meet by doing small chores and tipping others. Bholi Punjaban, who aspires to be the head of Delhi’s Water Resources Department, approaches them for assistance in her election campaign. She is supported by Dhingra, an unscrupulous businessman who wants to control Delhi’s water supply.
Choocha unexpectedly takes the spotlight from Bholi at one of her rallies and becomes famous among the people. Hunny views this as a chance to force Choocha to run against Bholi in the election and prevent her from destabilizing Delhi. Choocha, on the other hand, tells Bholi about their plan, and she agrees to send them to South Africa with her two bodyguards, Eddie and Bobby. They inform them that they must utilize Choocha’s “Deja-Chu” ability to locate diamonds in a mine owned by their uncle Shinda.
They meet Shinda’s niece Mombasa in South Africa, who falls in love with Choocha. After ten days in the mine with no gems, they discover they have been deceived by Bholi and her men. They decide to flee South Africa and return to Delhi to continue their mission. Choocha, however, has a “Deja-Chu” and discovers a diamond in the mine before departing. He ingests it and is abducted by Mombasa.
The remainder of the gang is successful in rescuing Choocha and returning to Delhi. They learn that Bholi has been arrested for her role in the water mafia. Dhingra has taken charge of her campaign and is currently ahead in the polls. They intend to expose Dhingra’s corruption and his relationship with Bholi. They also learn that Zafar, their companion who died in the last film, is alive and well and has been assisting them behind the scenes.
The film concludes on a positive note, with Choocha winning the election and becoming the head of Delhi’s Water Resources Department. He vows to offer free water to everyone and to enhance Delhi’s living circumstances. The Fukrey gang rejoices in their triumph and rejoins Zafar.
