Haruichi Furudate, a renowned Japanese manga artist, was born on March 7, 1983, in Karumai, Iwate, Japan. Furudate penned the one-shot “King Kid” in 2008, which received an honourable mention for the Jump Treasure Newcomer Manga Prize.
