RRR2 || SS Rajamouli May Only supervise Ram Charan, Jr NTR’s RRR2
RRR2: RRR2, the sequel to the blockbuster Telugu film RRR, may only be directed by renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli, according to writer Vijayendra Prasad. He also revealed that the sequel will have superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR in prominent roles.
According to a Media House, Vijayendra Prasad stated, “We are planning to make a sequel to Ram Charan and Jr NTR’s film RRR.” This film will feature both stars and will be produced to Hollywood standards. This film will very certainly be produced by a Hollywood producer. SS Rajamouli or someone under his direction will direct the film.
The sequel to the pan-India film RRR has been confirmed and is currently in the works. Vijayendra Prasad, SS Rajamouli’s father, confirmed the news and announced that Ram Charan and Jr NTR will reprise their roles as the primary stars in the sequel. He did, however, hint at the return of SS Rajamouli, saying that the filmmaker may not be directly directing the second chapter of the franchise but may be in a supervisory role.
In a recent interview with a station, Vijayendra Prasad stated that the sequel may not be directly related to the first chapter, but rather be based on another pre-Independence storyline. He even claimed that the production of RRR2 will not commence till Rajamouli finishes SSMB29, his collaboration with Mahesh Babu.
In an interview in November of last year, the director discussed the RRR sequel. When asked if the Oscar win for RRR would motivate him to work faster on the project, he answered that it “obviously” could. Rajamouli further stated that he and Vijayendra Prasad did not plan a sequel for RRR.
RRR’s foot-tapping mass song Naatu Naatu won the Oscar for Best Song in March of this year. MM Keeravaani, music director, accepted the award with a Namaste. Naatu Naatu became the first song from an Indian production to receive the award.
SS Rajamouli and V Vijayendra Prasad co-wrote the film, which starred Ram Charan and Jr NTR. The plot of RRR centers around the camaraderie of two fictionalized revolutionaries, Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komarama Bheem, and their struggle against the British Raj.
Rajamouli’s magnum work ‘RRR’ is a fictional story set in the 1920s during the pre-independence era, based on the lives of two heroes, Alluri Sitarama Raju, and Komaram Bheem. Jr. NTR played Bheem, and Ram Charan played Ram.
Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt had pivotal roles in the film. The Telugu film has also been dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
According to reports, the film was a box office success, grossing Rs 782.20 crore at the local box office and Rs 1,230 crore globally.
Rajamouli, who elevated Prabhas to international prominence, also elevated Ram Charan and Jr NTR to the same level by establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with. An intriguing update to the film’s sequel has finally been released.

As we all know, RRR, the first Tollywood film to win an Oscar for Best Original Song, catapulted Ram Charan, NTR, and SS Rajamouli’s reputation to a global level. The film, directed by master storyteller SS Rajamouli, has made headlines yet again.
Vijayendra also disclosed that Rajamouli is planning to launch his own production company, which will be run by his son S.S. Karthikeya. He also stated that Rajamouli’s next movie, provisionally named SSMB 29, will be an adventure film starring Mahesh Babu, like the Indiana Jones franchise. The production of SSMB 29 is set to begin in December.
RRR2: Ram Charan’s Opinion
In an Interview, Ram Charan Said that I believe he has talked about it more to the media than we have. (Laughs.) He hasn’t mentioned it yet, but I’m looking forward to an RRR sequel. So why not? It has fantastic characters, and I believe Mr. Rajamouli will deliver once more.
On one occasion, SS Rajamouli was asked about RRR 2. He stated that while both of his starring actors (Jr NTR and Ram Charan) swiftly got out of the RRR mindset, he is still attempting to “cool off from the heat that the film generated.” He confirmed that the second part will follow a storyline based on pre-independence Telugu states.
